The Man - The Artist
They experiment with different sounds and instruments, finding common ground in the blues. The band’s trademark is its organic, earthy sound, shaped by a deep love for acoustic instruments. Their repertoire spans vintage classics and genres including retro, folk, country, classic rock, blues, jazz, reggae, hip-hop, R&B, and current chart-toppers. They incorporate unique elements like the saxophone, flute, piano, and violin, and even blend in live DJ performances to create a truly distinctive musical experience.
Pravin Singh - Lead guitar ( Acoustic & Vocals)
Pravin began his musical journey with a band called Revelation in 1989, performing at various gigs across Darjeeling, Sikkim, the North East, and other parts of India. In 1992, Revelation won second place at the All India Rock Competition held at SRCC, Delhi. The band also performed at major milestone events, including the 100-year centenary celebrations of St. Augustine’s School and Dr. Graham’s Homes in Kalimpong. Notably, Revelation became the first band to perform a live concert in Bhutan during the Silver Jubilee celebrations of the King of Bhutan in Thimphu — an event that received international media coverage across more than 50 countries.
Sonam : Tshering - Bass guitar and Vocals
Sonam played with the band Leviathan during 1993–1994, winning the Spring Fest Rock Show at IIT Kharagpur and the Darjeeling Beat Contest in 1994. He later joined Pralaya (Darjeeling), with whom he won top honors at the IIT Music Fests in Kanpur and Delhi in 1995–96. He was recognized as the Best Bassist at these events and went on to perform at Independence Rock, Mumbai in 1997 with Pralaya.
Sonam has worked as a session musician with several high-profile artists from Nepal, Bhutan, and India. He has also performed extensively with the acclaimed Tibetan band Shambala from Nepal, and collaborated with Robin and The New Revolution—a prominent Nepali band that has toured Australia, Hong Kong, Switzerland, and Japan. Notably, the band opened for Bryan Adams during his concert in Nepal in 2011.
Currently, Sonam is part of the Pravin Collective, performing regularly at clubs, pubs, and corporate events.
Raj - Drums and Percussions
Raj has been playing drums and percussion since 1989. He has served as a Drum Instructor at Vasant Valley School in Delhi and is currently a member of the Pravin Collective. With the band, he has performed at numerous clubs, pubs, and corporate events across the country.
Rose
Rose is a versatile singer and has been performing with Pravin Collective in many pubs, clubs and various corporate events & embassies.
